These are the general Terms of Service of TekLan Hosting, part of the MrChrissyServices LTD group. Should you read these and not fully understand or want clarification, please email [email protected]. These Terms provide key information about the contractual agreement, including our obligations and yours when using this service. This includes any and all websites, applications, support services, and products provided by us.
The Services are provided by MrChrissyServices LTD ("we," "us," "our," "TekLan Hosting," or "TekLan"). Please note that these Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MrChrissyServices LTD.
By visiting our websites, installing, and/or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organisation and acknowledging that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
We do not condone, support, or encourage illegal activity on our services. TekLan Hosting merely allows hosting of data via our servers and provides account-based access. By using our service, you agree to act in accordance with the law in relevant countries. We take no responsibility to ensure you know relevant laws: that is your responsibility. If you're unsure, seek reputable legal advice before using the service.
Your account is sold per amount of resources over a length of time, for the account holder only. Employees must be given separate access details. You agree to be responsible for the actions of anyone using your account credentials. Should you share your details, accidentally or otherwise, you will be responsible for any resulting actions. We may bill you for network analysis or technician time if required.
You are solely responsible for the content you host with us. If we receive reports of something illegal, undesirable, or otherwise harmful, we reserve the right to remove your content or account. We do not allow shared hosting plans to be used for file storage, distribution, or backups.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime and will be transparent about performance. You are required to create a user account to use the Services. Account details will be used for access, account management, and: if agreed: marketing communications.
From time to time, we may use third-party services or software. We do not provide any assurance over third parties. Payment information is processed through our payment processing partners. You must keep your billing information current, truthful, complete, and accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms at any time.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please open a legal ticket.
