You open a ticket and tell us where you're hosted. We take it from there and keep you updated at each stage. The only thing you do at the end is point your domain to us.
Tell us your current host, control panel type, and what you want to move. We'll confirm what we need from you, usually read-only access or a backup file.
We pull your files, export your databases, and copy your email accounts to your new TekLan environment. Your old host stays live throughout, so there is no downtime at this stage.
We verify the site loads correctly, the database connections work, and email is functional. All of this happens before you change a single DNS record.
When you're ready, update your nameservers or A record. Propagation takes minutes to a few hours. We stay on hand until everything is confirmed live.
