Calendar Billing

Monthly billing is by calendar month from signup date.

Manual Invoices

Request manual invoices via a support ticket.

Payment information is processed through our payment processing partners. You must maintain current, truthful, complete, and accurate billing information. You warrant that you are authorised to provide such information. We retain the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate.

Refunds

Once used, digital goods and services are not eligible for a refund. We recommend trying a shorter-term plan before committing to a long-term one. If you have questions before purchasing, please ask: we are happy to help.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Log in to your client area, select the service you wish to cancel, press "Request cancellation," and choose immediate or end-of-term cancellation. The process is automated. For PayPal subscriptions, you should also cancel the recurring payment directly within PayPal.

Billing Cycles

Monthly billing is defined by calendar month. For example, if you sign up on 3rd August:

  • 1 month = until 3rd September
  • 3 months = until 3rd November
  • 6 months = until 3rd February (following year)
  • 12 months = until 3rd August (following year)
Manual Payments

If you would like to make a manual payment, contact us via a support ticket when logged in and we will generate a one-time invoice. Please allow time for this: it is not automated.

Payment Timing

PayPal subscriptions are processed on the due date. Card payments are processed 3 days before the due date.
